A day at the park

The same day that we went golfing we took Eli to the park.
It was the first time he'd been to one,
And I think his favorite part was the grass.
Go figure.

Martin took him down the slide,
And Eli decided once was enough.
Haha notice the look of apprehension on his face?

The stairs were pretty fun to climb up.

But the best part?
Mom letting him taste the bark.

Gross?
Yes.
But I try not to be too overprotective.
Hopefully he doesn't get a disease or a sliver in his tounge because of it...

  1. the bark won't kill them. Corbin eats it by the mouthfuls and he is still alive!!! :)

  2. Thanks Chels! I do wish we were closer, but the Lord wants us here for the time being. At least until Steven is done with school anyway. I am doing better, spent a few hours with Steven on the day that I was a reck when he came home, and I felt a lot better. And Karley Roylance and I hang out every so often. So its not bad. But Im glad Im not the only one to feel this way. :) Im staying busy, trying anyway, I get so distracted! Steven says its the nesting thing getting in the way. Which I think he's right. I feel like we dont have all the things that we need. Its a little frustrating. But Ive got some time. Lol.
You have always been such a good friend!! Thanks for being there!! Love you Chelsea!!
