"Zesty Italiano" Pasta Salad

The other day I went to a little {girl's night out} party.

It was a potluck and this is the salad that I took.

This salad is seriously at every family function my family ever has.

Probably because it's delicious. 

One of the girls at the party said it was very "Zesty Italiano".

I think that's what I'll call it from now on :) 

You should try it for yourself.

And just so you know,

It's pretty much just done to taste so the measurements aren't really precise.

Zesty Italiano Pasta Salad

1 small bottle Italian dressing

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

1/2 a small bottle Johnny's Salad Elegance

1 garlic clove, minced (optional)

Whisk first 4 ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside.

1 lb cooked spiral pasta (rinse in cold water when done cooking)

1 small red onion, diced

1 large cucumber, peeled and diced

1 green bell pepper, diced

1 can olives, sliced

Small package cherry tomatoes

Pepperoni slices, quartered

Mix pasta, vegetables, and pepperoni slices in a large bowl.

Pour the dressing mixture over everything, and mix well until all the salad is coated.

Place in serving bowl and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

(Refrigerate until ready to serve)

Like I said, it's just done to taste so you can add or omit whatever veggies you like.

You could even do a different color bell pepper, or different shape pasta if that sounds more fun.
